Featured Expert

Dr. Cammy Froude, Founder of Bliss in Being, partners with Hyphens and Spaces for the November 2025 Cohort

Dr. Cammy Froude, Founder of Bliss in Being

Dr. Cammy Froude is a fellowship-trained medical family therapist who has helped thousands of individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. With specialized training in EMDR, Gottman Method, and mind-body healing, she brings a holistic approach to understanding how systemic stress and uncertainty impact our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Dr. Cammy will join us to explore the somatic impact of professional upheaval—how career trauma lives in our bodies and nervous systems—and offer practical tools for regulating your stress response as you navigate this transition. Her work focuses on helping people break free from cycles of anxiety and reclaim their sense of safety and purpose, even when external circumstances feel chaotic.

You've weathered the storm this long. Now it's time to rebuild – stronger, clearer, and more authentically you than ever before.

Important Notes for This Cohort

Community Agreements: This is a confidential space. What's shared in the workshop stays in the workshop. We're building a container of trust where you can be vulnerable and authentic.

Come As You Are: Whether you're currently employed but anxious, unemployed and searching, or running a business that's been affected—you belong here. This work is for anyone whose professional identity has been shaken by forces beyond their control.

Tech Requirements: A quiet space, stable internet connection, and camera/audio capabilities. We encourage cameras on for connection, but we understand if that's not always possible.

Accessibility: If you need any accommodations to fully participate (closed captioning, ASL interpretation, etc.), please let us know during registration. We're committed to making this experience accessible to all.

Between Sessions: You'll have reflection exercises and community touchpoints to keep your momentum going. This isn't just three isolated sessions—it's a supported journey of transformation.

Schedule Doesn't Work for You?

Don't let timing be a barrier to your transformation. If these dates or times don't fit your schedule but you're committed to this work, please reach out to us at hello@hyphensandspaces.com. We're exploring additional cohort times and want to ensure accessibility for everyone who needs this support.
